As we do for all Honda cars, trucks, minivans, and SUVs, Bernardi Parts will offer
a complete selection of 2012 Honda CR-V parts and 2012 Honda CR-V Accessories as
soon as they are made available by American Honda. Bernardi Honda, owner and operator of BernardiParts.com, has already placed
its order for parts and accessories for the all-new 2012 Honda CR-V SUV that is
expected to be available in September of 2011. We have listed the accessories that we
expect to be available for the 2012 Honda CR-V in the table below.
As is Honda's custom, Honda dealers do not receive information about forth-coming
new models until they are about to ship. Therefore, we are dependant upon third
party sites for rumors about new models. Unlike the all-new 2012 Civic that will
also debut in 2012 for which there is an abundant amount of informaton, there is
precious little information available about the all-new 2012 Honda CR-V. We have
included quotes from some third-party sites that have "reviewed" the 2012 CR-V below.

- We have also heard that the all-new CR-V will come with an all-new 4-cylinder engine,
and it would likely be larger than 2.4L - perhaps displacing as much as 2.6 or even
2.7L.

- ...based on the current platform and feature the same K24a 2.4-liter inline four
as well as the 2.0-liter in FWD configurations only
- The European model will
receive the i-DTEC diesel engine, though there are no immediate plans to sell that
configuration anywhere else. The U.S. will not receive a V6 option this time around.
It's heavily rumored that Honda will completely revise its engine lineup for the
2012 CR-V's mid-cycle refresh, but what that means at this point is anybody's guess.

- ... Honda would enhance the next-generation’s backwoods mobility by fitting it with
a driver-selected switch to lock AWD into a 50:50 front-rear split at low speeds.

Given CR-V’s pricing history, expect the 2012 CR-V LX to start around $23,000 with
front-wheel drive and around $24,200 with AWD.
- Figure the 2012 Honda CR-V EX to be priced around $25,200 with front-drive and $26,400
with AWD.
- Estimated price for the 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L is $28,000 with front drive and $29,200
with AWD.
- If Honda again confines the navigation system to the EX-L, it would mean the return
of a top-line CR-V “EX-L with navigation” model priced around $30,100 with front-drive
